Privacy
What this site collects, why, and the choices you have. Last updated October 2026.
Booking requests
When you send a booking request, the form asks for your name, email, phone number, where you'd like to be tattooed, the size and placement, your idea, your availability and, if you add them, reference photos. Eli Lonner uses this to reply to you and plan the tattoo, and nothing else. It isn't sold or shared for marketing.
Requests are stored in a private database and emailed to Eli Lonner. They stay until the request is handled and deleted. Reference photos are kept private, are only ever seen by Eli Lonner, and are deleted together with the request.
To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and keeps a scrambled trace of your connection with each request.
Consent forms
Before a tattoo, you sign a consent form on this site, on your own phone or on the studio's tablet. It asks for your contact details, the details of the ID you show to prove your age, a few health questions, and your signature. To save typing, you can photograph your ID: the front is read once by an AI service (Anthropic) that fills in the fields and keeps nothing, and the photo itself is never stored. The barcode on the back is read on your device instead, without uploading anything.
The signed form is stored privately as a PDF, is only ever seen by Eli Lonner, and is kept for as long as Colorado's body art rules require client records to be kept. The fact that you signed one is shared with Meta for ad measurement, with your email and phone scrambled so Meta can't read them; your answers, ID and signature are never shared with anyone.
Meta Pixel
Eli Lonner advertises on Instagram and Facebook. To see which posts and ads actually lead to bookings, this site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta. It sets a cookie and tells Meta which pages you looked at, which tattoos you opened, and whether you sent a booking request. Meta may link that to your Instagram or Facebook account if you're logged in, and uses it the way described in its privacy policy.
The pixel never sees what you type into the booking form. When you send one, the site also tells Meta from its own server that a request was sent, with your name, email and phone scrambled so Meta can't read them; your idea and photos are never shared. If you're visiting from the EU, the UK, Switzerland or Brazil, it only runs if you allow it in the bar that appears, and you can decline. Anyone can also limit what Meta does with this data in their ad preferences, or block it with an ad blocker.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel, and its photos and videos are served through Cloudflare. Like any web server, they keep short-lived technical logs (your IP address, browser and the pages requested) to run the site and keep it secure. Nothing else about your visit is recorded: there are no analytics beyond the pixel above.
Your choices
You can ask what Eli Lonner holds about you, have a booking request corrected, or have it and its photos deleted at any time. Write to bookingwitheli@gmail.com or send a message on Instagram.
Questions about booking itself are answered on the FAQs page.
