Typically I do all my consulting through DMs, text, or email but if you prefer to video call we can do that as well. There are certain tattoos, especially large scale designs or coverups, that an in-person consultation is really helpful for. In those cases we can definitely schedule a time for one.

I am based in Denver but tattoo in LA and Oakland regularly. I travel frequently around the country as well so keep an eye on my bio and my stories for all updates.

No. I feel like it may change the consistency of your skin and prefer not to do anything that could jeopardize the quality of the tattoo. Besides, I think you gotta earn your tattoo.

Generally 1-4 months depending on my travel schedule and availability, but sometimes I can take a spontaneous appointment so feel free to ask.

I charge by the piece. This is because every tattoo is different and there are lots of different considerations towards the final price of a tattoo such as size, location, subject matter, saturation, etc. I don't have any pricing listed because I do not want to discourage anyone from reaching out for a quote.

I have also been known to give discounts for large scale multisession projects where I have creative freedom.

If you followed my aftercare instructions, yes I will touch up your tattoo for free within 6 months.

Normally, I don't show my designs beforehand, but there is always time before our appointment to make minor tweaks if necessary.

If you tell me your idea in enough detail and specifics, and you have trust in my art, we should be on the same page. This is why I want to make sure you give me all the details and specifics you have at the time you send your deposit. We can talk out the design as much as possible until we are on the same page about every last detail. As of writing this, in the entire time I've been tattooing, I have never had an appointment where the changes requested were more than 30 minutes of small adjustments.

I also wouldn't advise you to show others your design before you get it. Every person who sees it might have a very different opinion than the last. It's your tattoo and you should be the one making judgement calls about those finer details.

If you absolutely need to see the design beforehand, just let me know before we schedule the session and we can work something out. Just be aware there will be a small additional charge for this.
